Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with the tag attached. If 7 days have passed since you received your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Additionally, please be aware of a restocking fee of $15 that will be deducted from your order.

Initiating a Return

Return Process

Once your return is prepared, drop it off at your local post location for shipment to our warehouse. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to arrive. Upon delivery, allow 2-3 business days for inspection and processing. You will receive an email notification confirming your refund, and it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your original form of payment.

Refunds Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
